Give it the check over, (or if you don't know what to look for get someone who does) you should have given it before buying. Service wise, as long as it had it's 600 mile oil change and check over it should be fine. If you don't know its history change the oil and filter - use a Honda filter! Service intervals are in the owner's manual.

+1, change the oil and filter. Even if the guy said its ok, I still do just for peace of mind.

I would just go over it and make sure everything is ok. Check your tire pressure, chain tension, rear wheel alignment, make sure your chain is lubed... basically all of the things you should do on a normal basis.

As for anything major, nothing. that bike is just getting broken in... Ride it.

+1 to everything said and check the chain adjustment....... also these things have a tendency for the rear brake light switch to turn itself out of adjustment so make sure its coming on when you press it, if not give it a twist or 2 till it works to your liking.
You have a great bike..... enjoy it!
