Geez, dude, I'm going on 56 years old and I don't have any problems. Yeah, my legs are a little sore today from riding yesterday, but I went out again today for a 70 mile run through the twisties. Take some ibuprophen-you'll be OK.

You have to be comfortableon long rides or you won't want to take them.

Do you think Duhamel just rides to stay in shape? He has a regimine he follows so he can compete for hours on the race track.

Not that I am expecting to race this bike anytime soon but I would love to be able to take it out and for a couple of hours at a time and waste some gas to relieve the stress of my day. If the bike is excruciating painful my stress will still be there at the end of the ride.Thats all.

I will ride it for now and see what I need to work on.

PS Lots of twinkies won't do it for me. All that extra weight goes right to my gut not my butt.

i rode over 10k miles this year. only thing i do is strecth the back and legs when i stop for gas on long trips and stretch the palm area near my right thumb when it starts to stiffen up.... many rides from pittsburgh to philly... Rome, ga to pannama city beach, FL. i dont mind long trips.

Glad tosee I'm not the only 6'5" rider. I had a 00' 929 for the last three years b4 I bought the 1k- and I can honestly say the 1k def has some tight/racing ergonomics to it.
