The third wire from the stock harness is for your running lights. here's how the Honda wires are arranged:

Green = Ground
Blue White = Running Light (sometimes called the Marker light)
Blue = Turn Signal

The black on your flushmount is undoubtedly the ground. The white is for your turn signal. Your just going to lose running light functionality. Some flushmounts (gregg's, protons) include running lights.

i got a question...... , i have the Hotbodies flush mounts and they only have two wires also. but when i conected the running light with power wire they acted as running lights by staying on and would also blink. I didnt leave them that way because i was afraid it would short out later on. So can you do that with all the 2 wire lights or does hotbodies have something different, or will that configuration short out the fuse. thanks

I've just installed the Hotbodies Flush Mount turn signals, i left the blue white wire out. I only attached the blue and the green on the stock wire harness. It works now but don't know if it'll short the fuse. I'll let you know if anything goes wrong. I've got the infom from the previous post under this section.
Blue = turn signal, blue white = running and Green = ground

I guess I don't have running light from now on....

I finally got mine on last weekend. What a pain in the A**! The front flushmounts were pretty easy to install, just remember there is a running light wire from the stock signals. The flushmounts I put on do not have running lights, so I just taped that one off and hooked up the hot and ground wires to the flushmounts. The running wires will have a line on it that distinquishes it from the others.

The Fender Eliminator I had to do, and re-do, and re-do again. The one I purchased has LED light on them, so hooking them up to my Clear Alternatives rear lights is where I had trouble. The wires that came with the fender eliminator were too small and too short. I had to splice and soldier another longer wire, then run them through the shield and under the back seat. When I got everything the way I wanted, the signal wires were crossed with license plate, so when I turned on my right signal, my lisence plate blinked. What the FU@@! I had to re-do, the next time one of the signals on the license bracket didn't work. I guess I broke the soldier when I was running them back up the shield.

I think I know everything about how to do them now, but never want to do it again.

Here's some pics.
