Well I went to start up my 1k and I could hear something rattling. I just did some mods over the winter so I though maybe I didnt tighten something. I gave it a little gas and to my surprise corn started coming out of the exhaust. I found a hole in the bag of corn in our barn. the mice thought it would be cool to hide the corn in the exhaust. Some of the corn was even poping from the heat. needless to say there are going to be lots of mouse traps set and i will be getting a cap for my pipe. I just hope they didnt chew any wires.

Better check all your wiring.The little furry Ba$#ards love to chew the insulation off wires to help make a nest. and anything else thats easy to carry away.

 

haha that is funny as hell, thats why when I store my bike for the winter I stuff the intake and exhaust with rags so such things dont happen.

[8D]Man I have lived in Florida all of my motorcycle riding days and these are the times i am reminded why i love it---no storage time--- ride 12 of 12. but mice do get winter gear stored away sometimes. i have also heard moth ***** help.

 

*****, god damn mice. Don't mean to laugh, but it really is quite hilarious lmao. And to think me and my friend stuck cheetos in his exhaust pipe on purpose lol.

 

It happened to my snowmobile, except the nest was in the intake box. I realize it when it kept stalling out, then as i pumped the throttle it back fired and shot seeds and sh!@ out the exhaust. had to strip the whole motor down and clean everything out.

 

Ya i looked it over once, i think i am going to go over it one more time to make sure they didnt get into anything else.
