The guy told me out the door today for 11grand. Is that a good price? Wiill I love this bike? I work at Honda on the assembly line making cars so I get 10% of the purchase back after i turn in my check So im gonna get a honda no matter what. I have never had a bike bigger than 600cc so i will be curious to see how it feels.
One more thing is your insurance high on these bikes? im 30 and have a great driving history, right now i have a 05 350z and my insurance is 395 every 6 months for full covarage so i hope i get a good rate..

You will LOVE this bike. Must of us were 600 riders and I have not seen or heard anyone complain about the 1krr and I know you are a rider that diserves a 1krr. I am not going to lie to you, but when I first got on my 1k it was very different from the 600 in every definition of the word, power, handling, position. After 500 miles on it I feel like I know a lot more about this bike that I would have expected. Me personally I think you will not be dissapointed at all. Good luck on you decision. You will not regret getting the 06 1000RR for a second. The only thing I advise is to get an insurance quote before you buy the bike. Shop around, you will see posts here that say the same person was quoted from $2500 down to $380/yr by calling around for the best price.

 

i'm going to pick mine up monday or tuesday 9583.00 plus tax is the absolute best i could find. i'm 34 married and an ok driving record, best found was 388.00 every 6 months full coverage with state farm.

 

Hey, Honda Marysville sold me a 1000RR for 10,300 plus tax. About the same as your saying I think. I thought was pretty good price.
Other guys from this forum have claimed they bought from Southern Honda in TN for about $9800. Just have to drive 8 hours from central OH to get it. I work at Honda in Marysville. You too? or Alabama? Anyway. I upgraded from a 600 and this new bike is awesome. Supercar performance for less than a Civic price!

 

For motorcycle insurance - go to state farm. 06 CBR 1000 for $240 a year for me.

I told him im gonna shop around first. I got a loan approved for 11500 good for 45 days. I think i might try to drive to that southern honda place, i live in alabama pretty close to tenesse. I was looking at the blue and yellow one their but i really think i want a black one.
Im gonna call my insurance monday and get a quote they usally treat me great.
