Default Was kicking myself everyday for 8 months. No more kicking!

So I sold my 2007 CBR1000RR Repsol and bought a Harley. YA YA I know WTF was I thinking. So after drill sergeant school and a couple months of sleepless nights and kicking my self every morning I finaly made things right.

Went out and picked up a brand new 2009 CBR1000RR Repsol. Still going to have a sleepless night but not because I am pissed but because I can't wait to ride her in the morning.

I am Army, going on 13 years now. DS school was ok, hard but ok. I am in my first cycle and I love it. I can't compare the 2007 to the 2009. I only put about 200 feet on her. Work and weather not letting me ride just yet.

Sounds like fun. Now only if I could maintain that 270 pt score. Well enjoy the new bike Drill, and don't give those privates too much hell. (ha yea right!)

of course it is. i love my v-rod for what it is but compared to a street bike it is slow, portly, not easily turned, twice as expensive and just as irritating at times.

i think the BIGGEST difference is that the people at my local Honda or Suzuki shop treat me much better than the people at the local Harley shop. by that i mean to say that Harley people act like they dont need your business and could care less to try and help you out. the other manufacturers will go out of their way and give you discounts on parts/service.
