and could not be happier.

I sold my 2nd bike Monday night and picked up an 06 RR Liter Tuesday night. I had planned on getting a 600 but could not pass up the deal I got on the full Liter.

While this isn't the fastest thing I've ridden/driven/flown...it's by far the 'quickest' thing I've ever been on. It definately needs a new rear tire sometime soon and hopefully I can find something a little stickier. I'm still having to much fun to keep a half worn rear tire firmly planted on the tarmac.

I bought and sold my last 2 bikes and wound up making a profit on both. I could easily make $1K on this one but it's definately a keeper.

Couple of quick questions...

What do you guys recommend for a rear tire?

Who makes the best cover?

No idea on the cover. Mine sits in the garage under a sheet.

As for tires. I'm going to suggest Pilot Power 2ct's. Best tire I've ever had. There are a lot of good tires out there, but this is what I will be sticking with for a long time.

congrats, welcome to the family!

+1 on the Pilot Power 2ct's.... Got them too and couldn't be happier. If you want something stickier, go with medium softs. Holy h3ll they're some sticky meats alright! If you want a contact for the best price on Pilot Power 2ct's, shoot me a pm and I'll give you a contact. Friend of a friend who can supply them at the lowest price nationwide shipped to your door...

sweet deal on the liter bike man, i also would suggest the michilin pilot power 2cts for tires, and i have this cover for my bike (link below) it is honda's race cover, its not water proof its more just a dust cover my bike gets parked in the garage so didnt have a need for a waterproof one but i like to keep the dust from building a layer on it lol, its for the 08 1000rr technically but it'll def fit your bike.
