I guess I can't post on here anymore since I traded my 954 today for a 2006 ZX-10....Too bad, I like this forum better than the ZX-10 forum (except for the **** factor), everyone on here seems to give a S***T and responses to post/questions. I love the ZX-10, except for the Ohlins stabilizer (I'll be installing a GPR). Anyways....

I say keep posting here... Let all the die-hard Honda folks know there's more than one brand to choose from.

I will....Thanks for not giving me s****t!!!

I mentioned the Ohlins needs to be replaced, I took it to my local Honda/Kawasaki dealer today and got a new tire and asked them to tighten or bleed my brakes cuz they have too much slack and the head mechanic told me that's just how the ZX-10 is. I checked the ones on the sales floor and all the the ZX - 10's have slack. They offered to sell me some aftermarket brake lever and braided line but I'm gonna check around to see if it can be tightened (yes I tightened the **** on the lever).

It's all good. You'll be back in the fold sooner or later. It's good to hear from somebody that knows how this compromise stuff works.
That bitch has one hell of an engine. I bet you could give a rats *** what the 08 looks like now.

The zx10 is a great bike and zx10r.net is a great forum. I have been a member there for a while.

I agree. Most of the members here seem to just love to ride and may rib you for buying something other then a honda, but we all love motorcycles. Keep posting. Give us a comparison of the new bike compared to your old one.

Once I get the damper and brakes dialed in, I should be all good, I might get a smaller front sprocket but that will down the road.

Honest input from a Honda fan (me), the Kawasaki ZX-10 is awesome, the CBR 1000rr is awesome too, however right off the sales floor the CBR seems to ride better without havingt to make any mods. The speedo on 2007 CBR 1000rr looks out dated compared to the my 2006 ZX-10, that gauge is absolutly awesome.
