i just got a quote for an '07 cbr1000rr, with my '01 banshee included on the policy and they told me $1532/yr - full coverage. i'm paying $431/yr for my600 and banshee under the same policy now. is that in the ball park with everyone or is that insane? lol.

 

Sounds to me like you got you quote from Gieco. Progressive is even worse!

Try State Farm and/or AllState. They are cheaper if you have homeowners insurance with them.

we have traveler's for home owners and our other vehicles. we were with nationwide for years until their rates sky rocketed a year ago.

 

Yeah, I have progressive and they're charging me roughly the same as you w/my 1000rr and a '72 CB750. I'm probably gonna change providers at the end of the year because the cost is ridiculous. Although, I have to admit that their customer service is top notch, as well as their claim service.

 

Yeah go with State Farm Insurance, way better than what progressive offers.

Something like $390 a year for a new 2004 CBR1000RR

 

State Farm. $40 a month full coverage.

 

i have usaa and they go through progressive amd i got mine for 174 for the year thats just liability and the i get gap insurance which is some good stuff for 300 extra a year lok into it most people in my unit do it this way

 

i got state farm and paying $65 a month for full coverage on a 06 1000rr and 04 600rr. i had aaa and paid a grip until i switched to state farm.

 

I have State Farm also and it is only like $40 a month for full coverage on a 04 1000.
