Default How do you carry stuff on your bike?

OK, I love my bike but once in a while, I need to carry something even if its just the liner from my jacket. I hate to strap stuff on and have those bungee cords rubbing on my paint. I found a small bag by T-bags that straps to the seat itself on the 07 1Kand then you just lock the seat in place to secure it, no straps or bungee's to rub the paint. Well they wanted $129 for that lil bag! It aint happening! LOL So anyway, I go to walmart and they have this mini backpack for $9.00 I thought I may as well see if it fits. Check it out, it fit perfectly on the seat, it locks in place and it holds a decent amount of crap and nothing touches the paint! Now I can actually eat lunch at work for a change! LOL

I've got one of these: http://www.thecycleguys.com/default....;CategoryID=17

Collapses so it's not very noticible when empty, and expands and holds quite a bit when I need it to.

I've just gotten used to wearing a backpack. Hardly even notice it anymore. When I had the Busa with the bubble on the tail I hinged it and made a nice little storage place. Would look stoopid on the 1kRR though

I bought a Motrax helmet holder that attaches to the rear seat (you don't need to use the bungee straps) for about $35. I used it for my trip from Birmingham, AL to the Dragon (6 hours). Worked great. It held enough clothes for the weekend.

(phone-camera, so the quality is lacking)

@ Woogie- can you post some photos of your bag. I really like the concept. Does it work well with a passenger (when its collapsed, obviously

Got a thin layered backpack, quite large, easily hold a helmet + stuff. Thin enough when i dont need it i can fold it up and put it in my trunk.
