There are alot of differences between the 04 and 06, so be careful. Unfortunately, I don't know where to find the 06 manual.

i had manual04 but on http://www.tradebit.com/filedetail.php/1864008no info about year of this product minus 24$ to the cat`s underend and i happy to have two copys of manual 04[8D])))

You can join HRCA (Honda Riders Club of AMERICA)and get 1 online service manual. I wish they would let you download it but you can only veiw it online. They dont have all manuals, but I know for a fact they have the 2006 1000RR. It has become priceless to mesince the closest honda shop to me is 200 miles. Looks like you can get access for as low as $7.95 U.S. dollars a year.
