Default help with cbr 1000 2008 exhaust

After I installed two brother slip on exhaust into my cbr 1000 2008 the RPM was jumping back and forth between 1.5 and 2 and the bike sounded like going to stop running.
Also I notice that the bike hesitates when I try to started, I even checked the battery.
Do you think this causes are from the slip on? Someone told me that if I get a power commander it will regulate the rpm and it won’t go up and down. Is that true cause I don’t want to spend 280$ for power commander and ends up something else. Please let me know, thanks in advance

I dont know that slip on is going to cause a big issue, but you should have a power commander on it to adjust the fuel air ratio. That is unless you want to take the chance of burning out the valves on your $10,000 bike.

Default loss of pressure

Yeah had the same issue but with installing the PC III and having it dynoed, it lessened the rpm needle from dancing around. It's basically due to the loss of back pressure and engine needing that fuel/ratio adjusted.

it is called "loping". i had the same issue with mine depending on the engine temperature. i installed the juice box and it is flawless now. not a hiccup among it but without it you would be just fine, it just sounds odd.

Yeah you know, the stock ECU is capable of running the bike fine without the PC3. It's when you add other things that you should get the PC3. Your bike is fine; you won't burn any valves. It's just a slip on, its not like you installed a full exhust or turbo. Now the addition of the PC3 def gives you more options in terms of tuning, so that will be a good buy. In the meantime though, don't sweat the lack of one.

Thank you guys, the only think that I have trouble with right now, is my temp reading on the speedometer it jumps back and forth, unstable. I bled the radiator thinking it may be air in it ,but it did not work., plus I notice that only the right fan works, I don’t know if the second one works only in high temp or is defected. Please get back to me cause I v been thru hell with this bike.
First: was burning oil, second :was the clutch , third :I lost a bulb that mounts from the frame to the engine, fourth: I low sided and I broke most of the fairings ,fifth: it haven’t happen yet but, it can t be worse ( cross your fingers).
