I was looking through the April issue of SportRider magazine and saw this gadget called the "Signal Sorcerer." It's suppose to help bikes trigger those aggravating traffic lights that always seem to hold you up whenever you're ready to take a ride. It retails for $24.90 but I've seen them on Ebay for under $20 (shipping included). I live in an area that's conjested with traffic lights and was wondering if anyone could offer any feedback if you have any experience with this item.
