Default Got myself a CBR

Hey guys, just introducing myself. Been looking for a good forum and this seems like a good one. Just picked up my 07 CBR and I am very excited. Rode sport bikes much of my life and now that I'm 45 I thought I would try a cruiser. Got me an 02 VTX 1800, but couldn't get the sport bike blood out of me. So I traded my VTX and $1000 bucks for this 07 CBR 1000 with Jardine pipe, power commander 3, Lo-Jack, frame sliders and a few other goodies. Only has about 7,000 miles on it, did I do good? Thanks guys looking forward to the forums.

The bike looks good, don't know if you came out good or not. Found a few 1k's around here when i was looking in the 5-6k range with about the same miles and mods. Sold my cruiser about 2 months ago to get back on sport-bike myself lol. Just can't seem to stay away, its a totally different feeling than riding a cruiser.

Thanks guys, I'm pretty impressed with it. Its a lot different from what I used to ride back in the day. I'm an old school rider when the Honda Hurricane came out. I had one of those as my first bike, it was the white with the red stripes. Done some real stupid stuff back then, too old for that now but I love the power this thing has. Its almost scary, but in a good way. The PO didnt have an owners manual and I'd like to read up on the "what to's", can anyone point me to a download for an owners manual for an 07? Thanks.
