Got my exhaust!
I finally was able to snag a D&D exhaust off ebay for a good price. It was never installed on a bike, it was just the display model so its basically brand new. It arrived yesterday and I will be putting it on tonight. I cant wait to hear it and see how it looks. I love the look of the dual can look

I'm looking at this exact exhaust for my 07 1000rr, i've heard good and bad about it. But thats the case with most exhausts. The only thing thats on my mind with this exhaust is will i need a power commander if i get this slip on?
Even if i dont need it i still would probably get one so i can tune it perfectly and squeeze as much out out of the slip on as i can, i realize that a slip-on isn't mean't for hp gains, or anything noticeable at least.
Some slip ons are bolt on and go, but i hear with this one that its smart to get one.

I'm pretty sure you don't need a Power Commander...I have a slip on on my F4i and do not use a power commander. Ive heard you can tune the Power commander with the slip on and you will get a little more power but ive been told its nothing drastic mostly just the re-mapping of everything...my slip on is CF so i dropped like 5 lbs. off my exhaust which was nice...but if you got the $ might as well get the power commander...I would
