hey slayer, since you are so kick *** at photoshop...could you do me a favor? i would like to know what would my bike look like with painted silver wheels and maybe no rear fender.is that something you can do? if so...thanks!!
Just quick work with the dodge tool.
I duplicated the main layer. I set the dodge tool to dodge highlights and built up the lighter rims with several brush strokes. Made it look chromey. I made a layer mask, and filled it with black (turning off what I had done). Made a circular selection for the rims, and started painting in the mask with white (you have to make sure the mask is selected or you paint on the image) which turns "on" what I did, but only within the constrained circular selection I made. This made the rims perfectly circular, with no trace of the brighter tires on that layer..
Upon close inspection it looks like the quick job it was. Could have used some retouching.
BTW, I am not much for camo, but it looks kind of cool. Might be fun to play with paint jobs. It was sorta of fun whipping up something someone wants to see as well. I guess one could make a business out of that
