I have the same thing on my 06. I just thought it was because I am about 250 with gear on and have not touched the suspension settings. The shake seems to happen most when I am going pretty slow (35-60) in 5th of 6th gear and take my hands off the bars, it will shake pretty bad, but it does not keep getting worse. I notice it when coming into a town or slow zone off the highway.
