Front End Diving in turns
Is this normal? I only weigh like 170lbs soaking wet. Lately when im hit the corners the front end dips into it a bit. Im gettin used to it but every once and a while it suprises me and does it bout half way into the turn or it will dip real hard. Anything i can do to at least make it consistent?
when tires hit beyond a certain point, they may do that...but yes...get your suspension set up first.
also, not sure how many years/miles on your bike, but the fork fluid should be changed every season or about 10K miles.

Most likely its your suspension like what was stated in the previous post but no one including your self said any thing about your tires. Are they still in good condition or are you trying to get every last penny out of them.
1. Get your suspension done to match your weight
2. make sure your tires are not garbage.

tires are fine, i just put on a new rear and the front one is gonna be replaced after this month even tho its not reallyneeded right away. i was planning on tearing down the bike within the next couple of weeks and workin on her so i guess replacing the fork fluid will have to be on top of the list. its and 05 wit 9k miles on it. i figure ill give it another week or so and then im gonna put on the rest of my extras that i have just sittin around. wish i had the other bike im wantin just so i can still be riding while im puttin all this stuff on but oh well...just gonna have to wait to get an extraone till this summer

What causes your front end to dip. One looking at the ground while in the corner. Where ever your eyes go, bike follows. Two letting off the throttle while in a turn even for a split second. Three suspension and sag needs to be set to your weight.
