RE: Finally got some pics
Looks great, but I'm not a big fan of whatever it is that's covering the headlights (mesh vinyl, covers, spray smoke, etc.) Other than that, some nice red wheel stripes, and you got yourself a really mean looking bike. (ditto on the rear seat cowl, but taking into consideration that you have two helmets sitting on the bike in one of the pictures, she wouldn't be very happy with that. lol.).
Also, I've seen one of those older 1000RR's with satin black lower fairings (instead of the graphite grey) and they look even meaner. FYI.
Great looking bike though man. Definately a keeper.

Swede, that's the baxley sport chock. Look them up, I believe they ship anywhere in the world and the stand is pretty friggin' awesome.
Mannyrios, danks! haha
drprcbr, thanks, it's on the to-do list with a few other mods.
Blue Fox, I'm not a real big fan either. They were on the bike when I got it but it definitely keeps the headlights from getting scratched and chipped up and it keeps you from ever having to tape over your headlights when you do track days. Still thinking about it but I'm probably going to take them off when I put the halos and HID's in. You are correct Sir, painting the lower fairing and the swing arm black are on the to-do list as well.
Thanks for the comments!
