Question Decals/fairing

The decal on the right side of my '06 bubles up when the temperature of the bike goes to 230 when I stop at trafic lights. It bubles right were the fan blows air out. Has anyone had this same problem?? Is there a fix??
Will Honda cover this under warranty since the bike only has 1600 miles and has an extended warranty??(Took to dealer and he said that this would not be covered. Don' know if he called it in. 800 number said to take to dealer and let him call it in. No help)
Any help will be appreciated since dirt is getting under the decal and now when it cools down it looks bumpy and ugly.
Thanks

I dont have the problem, as I understand it though some people are putting some type of stick on heat shield on the inside. you may also try putting a pin hole in the bubble to let the air out, stop the expansion due to heat.

ive had the issue of the decal bubbling up also. i have the 06. i was able to get the decal back down partially but still not perfect.Where it was really didnt bother me to much. But as of the lowers melting i have not ran into that problem yet. Also after putting decal back down have not ran into the problem again so im not sure on that one.. good luck..
