Thanks, I searched for over 4 hours in about 5 different forums for the 04-06 service manual.

I tried to download from the link, it downloads a .zip file, but it's only 300Kb... And, nothing is inside to extract, when I do download!? Sure isn't 300+Mb! Suggestions?
I have just bought a 2006 CBR1000RR and would be interested in seeing this manual!

Right click, & then save as. The link is temperamental. Try it multiple times. Try restarting your internet browser. The download is slow, maybe 5-10 minutes. If it says 300k, then it didn't download, keep trying it.

Once you get it to download, save the PDF to your computer, so you don't have to unzip the file everytime.
