last year i met a 79 yr-old guy from the Antelope Valley who was riding an 06 cbr1000rr ... i didn't believe it till he showed me his license. We got talking since he told me he had a CRF he wanted to sell since it hurt too much to ride the trails. Apparently he upgraded to the 06 from his 04.



Lost touch until last week when he showed up on an 07 Gixxer ... gotta luvvv Social Security LOL

YEEEHAAAAAAA!!!!! 50, in aug...Cbr1000f, 88gix1100,79kz1300gt, 86gix750, 2000zx12r, 96gix1260 turbo,'bout 300hp... last 4, in the last 3 mo... It ain't over, till it's over !!!!!!!! As I become a better skilled rider...humbly able to pass it forword, truely the best part... along w/ the fellowship of riders everywhere.

...it would be nice if they had some sort of "stupid test" that you needed to pass to be able to ride, or to be able to have children for that matter.

51 next Sunday and doing a track day to celebrate! Current bikes in the garage: '07 Ducati 1098 S Tricolore, '07 CBR1000RR Repsol, '06 YZF R1 LE #301, '05 919 and a '06 NSF100 in the family room. Picking up a '06 Ducati 999 R Xerox later this week!

41 and riding an '06 CBR1000RR...Nothing but super sport bikes for the last15years (6 bikes).

Took up wheelies and wheelie school at 40....been doing track days regulary for 5 years

Ride 'till ya drop I say ![8D]

My sentiments exactly. I'm also 40, and I also ride an '06 cbr 1000rr.
