I would have rather had all the photoshopped pictures that were circulating. That 08 looks bad from that angle. Guess it's time toadd more mods to my 06. Don't have much more I can do though, without it being to much.

The cat is out of the bag!
Well I could not get anything from the link, and as of this morning, the Honda site is still showing the '07 model. However, if this picture is accurate, the I guess I'll be the first on the thread to say I really like this design. It is very unique. It does NOT look like the 600RR, and it does NOT look similar to the other three Japanese sportbikes at all. The only think that concerns me is that the Kawis and the Zuks come out with 2008 models with the exact same short side exhaust. I am afraid they will, as I suspect the exhaust performs quite well. Just wait and see, I guess.

is it just me, or is everyone else not seeing the 08 cbr1000 on the honda website? all this hype about the new bike and it's not even available to view on the website.

makes me very glad i bought an 06. that is hidious. it does go into the moto gp style, well one that was beat with a ugly stick for a few months. if that really is it their designer must have fallen down 10 maybe 15 flights of stairs bumping their head on every step to think this thing will sell.
the exhaust guys are going to have a hell of a time fill that huge void, lookat the black break line on the lower.
Assuiming this is what it is.....taylormade will prob hook the CBR up like it did the new Gixxer......i like this exhaust concept.....now sure how it will fare with road-spray and heavy rain though....
