Default cbr 1000 2008 won t go over 10k rpm

So I took my bike out for a ride and I was trying to open it to see how far it gets but every time it reaches 10 k rpm it pulls bake at me like there is a limiter. And I tried with every gear and the same thing happen.
If any one could help, that would be great. Thanks

Dude that was funny, dealers they just work like robots they fallow the instruction in the service manual and they apply, they know nothing about engine work.

If your bike is still under warranty then there should be no cost out of your pocket for any repairs if needed. I cannot speak for the shop in your area but the one's in mine all know how to work on engines so that we can get the max out of them. Just my .2's.

Technically the bike still under warranty but I lost it cause I took it to a track and I crashed, its bull **** rule but I have to accepted. So I did most of the work my self by using the service manual. But if I can t figure it out I ll take it to the dealer.
Thanks guys and ride safe.
