Don't like it, I tried to at first....even ignoring the pipe but I can't do it. I'm spending my money elsewhere this year.

Hopefully KTM will release their version of a sportbike soon, because Honda just lost me as a 1000cc customer. Not even alcohol can fix this.

WTF, mate? I want a Yahmasakiuki. Booo! Some good ideas (like turn signals in mirrors) but still... Booo! The 07's looked meaner.

makes me very glad i bought an 06. that is hidious. it does go into the moto gp style, well one that was beat with a ugly stick for a few months. if that really is it their designer must have fallen down 10 maybe 15 flights of stairs bumping their head on every step to think this thing will sell.
the exhaust guys are going to have a hell of a time fill that huge void, lookat the black break line on the lower.

This could be the let-down of the century. I think the resale value of my '07 just went up $1000.

All I get is a blank white screen. I wonder if it is down now or if too many are hitting it right now. From the photo above I don't like the exhaust at all. The front fairing seems to square to the air flow so I would think it wouldn't be aerodynamic. Where are the specs? What is the weight? What are the HP and torque figures? Such a let down.

What I can't figure out is where everyone gets the money to trade up every year or two. So many of you with the 06 are already looking at getting the 08. One of the other sites said it has the inline 4 again. I wonder what happened to that 5 cylinder motor they were looking at? Probably could not get racing permission for a 5 cylinder. It looks like they are getting away from the street side of motorcycling with a sport bike and making it race worthy instead. I wonder if they are coming out with an Interceptor 1000 anytime soon (Or a F10i)? You know something that works well on the street as well as the track for those of us that don't spend our time at the limits of tire adhesion on thetrack but actually use it for our everyday do everythingride. I wasn't crazy about my friends 2002 Interceptor 800FI. That V4 engine is just too weird. Give me an inline 4 1000 cc fully faired bike light in weight that can be used for just about everything from twisty back roadsto commuting to work everyday. That is the bike I would buy. The ST1300 is just too big, heavy, and its a V4 with no sound out of its pipes (Not for every day use). This new CBR looks like it will be for track use only. Why make a bike for one particular niche? I certainly hope it will be easy to mod for comfort as well as racing.
