I think it looks spectacular. I can't wait to see more photos. I might be very happy I held off from an '07.

Performance-wise, it will be a step up but I love my '06 to death. Still, it's not as bad as what people are saying and I bet it looks good in person. The weight of a 600 with the power of a liter. What more do you need?

I think performance wise it will be the best in class, but let's face it, when you are walking up to it if it does'nt make you think "damn that is a bad *** looking machine" it definitely takes away from the appeal.

Personally I think the front end of my F4i is more attractive. The 08' looks like it is frowning.

If i get 1 next year... Ducati answered my prayers since i think its a waste for me to own a 1098 since i probably wouldn't even ride it. And that i knew i would never buy anything except a duc if i ended up with the 1098. This i wouldnt mind tearing up the streets with everyday.

When I first saw the pictures online I thought the same as many of you, what an ugly duckling but I just got back from theInternational Motorcycle show in San Mateo, CA and it's a different bikeup close and personal. Not that crazy about the red/black paint scheme but the black one is very slick in my opinion. The exhaust is all about lowered centralized mass andblends in nicely with the lower fairings.

You want to talk about ugly exhausts, the new ZX-10R canister is a real clunker. In fact the whole bike looks cheap and tacky up close.

If you're a track rider or racer don't write this one off just yet, itfeels wicked lightandthe ergonomicsfeelgreat for the relationship between the seat, tank and triple clamp. Tucking in fully with your chin on the tank doesn't cramp any body parts.

This bike will grow on you, I went back about three times to look at it and the black one is calling to me [sm=smiley20.gif]

Plus for the first time ever I believe on any production Honda you'll be able topurchase HRC racing parts and kits for both 600 & 1000. Cost vs. benefityet to be proven though...
