Anyone worried if the new bike would be fast or not can get their deposit in now.
According to Freddy Spencer, Duhameltested the new bike in SuperStock form, and was over 2 seconds faster than the 07 Superbike. I wasn't able to get info on what track though. Regardless, this is VERY good news.

all the bikes are going to mass centralization. moving massto the lower mid section of the bikes. buell does it, and now the big four are doing it. the new pipe looks bad but the rest is ok? and who keeps the stock pipe anyways? will have to see it in person. i love the look of the 06-07 thats why i bought my bike. plus i got a heck of a deal on it? face it with strick euro3 specs, if they want to keep uping the power on bikes they are gonna change like it or not. and a big ugly pipe that can keep the noise and what not down. with still flowing good enough to make more power then last years bike.like the others said this is the new wave of super bikes like it or not. i for one am glad i bought my 06 a few weeks ago. figure i got lots of miles ahead of me before i need a new bike again!
