Ok so im goin to buy a 1000CBR here soon. Can the height be adjusted on the bike anywhere or do i have to buy a couple new suspension parts? Im 5'5" BTW

 

i dont know much about adjusting but im sure that you can lower it a bit
im 5'8 with short legs(comparing with other 5'8 people my legs are shorter) and i dont have problems, well i cant touch the ground with both feet in full but im fine, maybe because im used to 03 600rr, the same seat height

 

Have you sat on one yet? It's pretty low already (at the seat). As long you aren't trying to flat foot it you may be surprised. It's not as heavy as earlier models so balance at stops may be even less of an issue.

 

Well ive always usually flat footed it. I can tip toe it.

 

The bikes is a balancing wizard so im sure you can adapt and overcome.

 

Then leave it as is, it's a freakin dream when it comes to handling and cornering.

 

Man this must be one amazing machine.

My 08 is low enough that I can ballance on the ***** of my feet,(Im 5.9ft with short legs).Tha bike is unbleviable and well worth the hieght.
