thats not bad if you want a black one. for that price i would do it now before they raise the prices for spring time. tell them 9500 otd. or throw in a helmet for 9600. JUST DO IT!

 

I just bought my silver/black on black 07 1k for 9,200 in NC!! threw in a flip up helmet for 65 bucks!! I was thrilled!

Ok, so get this. Settled on $9600 OTD with the dealer here in Michigan. I didn't pull the trigger. He said the price was good for a week while I thought about.

I called tonight to close the deal and he said he couldn't honour the price with the sales event they have going this weekend. They now want even more than his original $10116 price OTD - now $10167.

I put a refundable $50 deposit on it so I could think on it overnight. But screw that. I am pissed. So I will tell them deal at the agreed price, or no deal.

So, I am mad enough to go to Tennessee now. Calling them tomorrow.

 

Called Southern Powersports in TN this morning. The $8783 OTD price someone posted above doesn't seem to exist. I have to pay 6% MI tax on top of that and some small $30 fee. Why does it feel like I am getting jerked around at every turn?

 

I picked up my 07 CBR 1K in the beg of Dec 07 for $9,800 OTD with 400 drag strip miles on it in Austin, TX. It was the dealership sponsored drag bike. You should be able to find one for less then 10K now OTD depending on milage and stuff...

 

whoa.. thats 400 pretty gnarly miles though.. lol
