Unhappy 2007 CBR 1000RR Strange Leak

Hi,

Let me start to introduce myself. Name is Brad, from South Africa. Still abit of a noob and only been riding for about 2 years now. I have a 07 Honda CBR1000RR and recently i have noticed a strange leak by my clutch cover/gear selector/hydraulic clutch. i noticed for a few weeks now, i use full synth oil which is Red/maroon but this leak is a greenish tint. any ideas on what it could actually be and would it be an easy fix.

I am abit of a DIY guy and have knowledge.

Thanks in advanced

Righty Ho , could be just splash from the coolant, but the water pump sits underneath, check you coolant level is ok and keep an eye on it

coolant levels are all good. Not sure why coolant would be all the way there. The rest of the engine is spotless. I was told it could be the Shifter Seal. Not sure if this is an easy fix, Cant seem to find any videos online.

No sure on the 07 but Water Pumps usually have a small drainage hole underneath just run your finger below the pump body and you might feel it

Do you perhaps have the Workshop manual for this model?
