Default 1000RR overheating???

I had an overheating problem on my 2004 CBR1000rr. It would get up to 219 degrees and the fan would kick on, but the bike temp would go up. I fixed it by draining the coolant and flushing it. Then I added regular coolant mix along with a little water wetter or wetter water, whichever! Also drain the overflow res. Fill overflow to max line and radiator to the top then start the bike and let it idle for 3-5 minutes and snap the throttle 4 or 5 times, with the rad. cap off. This bleeds the system. Then refill to max lines and filler neck and enjoy. Just in case, to drain radiator, it is the lowest bolt which has a copper washer of the 5 water pump bolts. Laters!
