well guy's i might should have listened but i bought the the 07...i just got to ride it today for alittle bit ,,before it started raining again,,grrrrr.....

i can tell its got alittle more bottom end,,its alittle quicker feellin gettin into aturn...

i like the 05 fairing's more and the sound of the the 2 bro's pipe..the jardiens more deeper toned,,,the 2 bro's sounds more like a croch rocket ought to sound like..

i got plans for the 07 this winter,,going to get the foot pegs n brackets powder coated,and the exhaust shield,,black lever's,,takin off all the gray decals and putting on honda decals,(just cbr,racing or firehawk),maybe red rim tape ....

one more thing?? im going to chg oil on the 07,,,whats the the best synthic oil to run in these bike's? and is 20/50 ok to ?????

As far as the 07 turning in quicker. Were the tires on your 05 worn more? If the 07 has fresher tires, its going to feel like it turns in quicker. But there was a swing arm shortening that was suppose to make it a little more lively, or not as neutral as the 05.

its kind of funny. Alot of people like the 05 fairings better.. I like the 07's better, and I ride an 05...

if u guys could tell me about putting 20/50 oil in that would be great,,my cusin has a gsxr 1000 ,he runs 20/50 in his and says it would be fine to run it in mine,,but just makin sure before i put it in it

now someone make me feel better and buy my 05,lol,lol

yes 20/50 will be fine, i however use the repsol racing 10w/40 full syn in my 07 1000rr, right off the bat i noticed shifting to be smoother, nothing huge, but you can just tell its smoother after switching from mineral to full syn. oil.
