Hey sorry guys I work on the other side of Australia to my house I was home for a few days but the weather was great I spent it all riding and didn't pull the fairings off to show you all some pics, it's really easy anyone could do it if your patient. The things you need to do all relate to the side fairings because tank and tail are identical, top fairing bolts in the exact same way using your oringal headlight because they didn't change either.
The whole reason it's not bolt on and off is the 07 had a slightly skinnier radiator. Iv heard of people doing all sorts of cutting to their fairings to make them for but you don't have to, all you have to do is remove the original radiator overflow and get an aftermarket bottle style one (hrc ones on eBay $35 perfect) with the fasteners and brackets removed that held the bottle and not just taking the old bottle off. The left side fairing bolts straight on its only the left you have to do this stuff for. You also have to remove the oggy ***** or modify the fairings (next on my job list) also you will see your ecu wiring runs I front of the radiator fill cap, you need to make it run behind which is easy there is enough slack you just take the filler neck off and push the wiring behind 5min job then extend fan wiring (2 wires = 2 min) that's all!!

Oggy ***** =/= Frame sliders? So, let me get this straight. Replace radiator overflow with HRC bottle style. Move some wiring around, and remove/cut hole to make "Oggy *****" fit?

My only hesitation is, I'm not too mechanically inclined yet, and i just don't want to mess things up. Although i do have the patience for it. Just want to make sure first.... I really don't want to mess my baby up
