Im buying a left over 06 1000rr and was curiousas to any tested times you've heardfor 0-60 mph or even 0-100 mph, i did some searching around and couldnt find much.

Also how do these times compare to a similarstyle 600rr.

Thanks.

I just picked up a left over 06 1000rr. I couldn't resist the price the guy gave me. But as for the 0-60.......I can't remeber what magazine it was but I'm sure it said 06 CBR1000rr 0-60 in 2.76 seconds or something very close to that time. Don't know about the 0-100. I guess go if you can't find it on the net hit the magazine shelves.

It really doesnt matter because you wont be able to do it. Not without a LOT of practice and several burnt clutches. It's quick, and it's quicker than a 600RR. 2.7 sounds about right if you just want the numbers though.

Got it for 8700 out the door. I called around and either they did not have any left or they we still trying to get full price for their 06. Not to many 07 around here yet for a few more weeks or at least thats what they tell me. I'm new to all this but i think it was a good deal.
