Default yoshi pipes on the old cbr

after a lot off stuffing around with a new company in aus (Delkervic)witch is a company based in england but after 14 weeks, over $1200 and hundreds of phone calls, the wrong parts turned up so i had enough so i sent everything back and got my money back. on ebay the night after i spotted a set of carbon fibre yoshi pipes off a gsx r1000 that incuded link pipes for $600 starting bid after a couple of hours and no other bids i got them for the $600.
after talking to my local exhaust guy who made a custom set for his v storm, two new 2 inch adaptors between the gsxr links to the oem pipes were made and a little modifing they fit i still get to keep my centre stand, sounds awsome goes like the clappers and no flat spot, quicker off the line and did i mention the sound finaly happy(happy happy happy)still cant wipe the smile off my face. photos soon

I agree 100% ..........a very nice looking pair of Yoshi's.

Whatever I use I hope to try and have some Modified fairings
over the pipes .........somehow.......that'll be the tough part.

Oh I want these on the ole' girl. Hell she wants them too. She wants to have her day in the sun again, she wants to turn heads as we ride by so people ask, "Was that an old Hurricane? Damn that sounded strong and deep. I have not seen one of those in years." Good job and kept the center stand! Thanks, JD
