Default Wheel Color or Colour ;-)

Hi Guys,

Here is a pic of my Bike

Name: DSCF0249small.jpg
Views: 23
Size: 187.9 KB

My wheels are in a shocking condition, but I have found a place that will powder coat a spare set @ £40 a wheel.

My Dilema is the which colour to go with.

I was orignally going to go with a carbon fibre look paint job that I would do myself, but I just dont have the time
(I am planning a trip to Spain at the end of March and would like the wheels done by then)

The catch is I would EVENTUALLY like to have my bike resprayed in a dark blue colour so ideally the wheels should match both schemes (Although I could do the Carbon Scheme in time for the respray on the original wheels)

Comments welcome !

I'd go with the grey. If you do go blue later, here's how mine looks:

I'd go with a graphite grey.

Harry, go with black. It goes with anything and doesn't show the dirt as much as any other color is going to. My wifes yellow wheels look great when washed, but one ride later and they're showing how dirty they are. JMO

The grey actually handles dirt better than black, I think. Black won't show grease but it shows dust and dirt easily.
