i need a front wheel and rotors that will fit a 1991 cbr 1000f. cbr1988 i i understand correctly all wheels from 1989-2000 will fit .If thats right will the rotors also fit ? . A delivery truck RAN OVER my bike and i need a new wheel and rotors cant find a 91. i already replaced forks .thanks joe

 

Joe - your own thread - also 89 -> 1996 works for all years 89 through 1996 (through 1999 Europe and elsewhere)

87 & 88 are in a class all by themselves - smaller rims etc

And I think my friend Sprock has it right. (I have a 90 model). The calipers/forks on the Mk3 bikes (93 onward) are different but the wheels and discs are the same from 89 onward.

Yes the wheels and discs from all CBR1000Fs 89-2000 are all the same dimensions , just different colour schemes, but will interchange physically. So will the 90-93 VFR 750F front, but the wheel is a different style (6 spoke instead of the big 3). The VTR 1000F Superhawk (3 spoke) and 94-97 VFR750F (6 spoke) fronts complete will also work, but again will not match your rear wheel and use different brake discs that some prefer. Thats most of your options you will find, that will be priced right, on ebay and craigslist.
