Since I'm from Austria, i'm partial to Stiegl Beer. 
However, living in the USA:
on the bike/off the bike: Usually water
going out/having fun: Jack Daniels/Coke or Coors Light.
I know, not particularly exciting, eh?

Mine is Jack Daniels on the rocks because it hurts! That is my favorite since I can get it. The drink that I really like is a drink that is made in South Korea. It is called "In Sam Ju" in Korean. What it is, is 40 proof booze with a Ginseng root in the darn bottle. When you get to the end of the bottle, you eat the root (taste like eating rubbing alcohol). Kind of like Mescal with the darn worm! I like the red label In Sam Ju. Never a hangover and when you wake up, well Ginseng does make for a great EMHO - Right Steve!!!!
So, you get drunk, pass out, wake up without a hang over and the misses smiles at you all day long! Can't beat that boys! The taste? In Sam Ju tastes like dirt - no sheet. I use to order "Dirt and Coke" when I was at the bars. I'm starting to drool again.....

Im with Steve Bourbon, Bourbon And Bourbon Drink nothing else and havn't since my teen years (45 now) I do however make my own and store it in an Oak Keg made from the Old Barrels from the JD distillery

Man, I haven't had a cider in a long time.
Maybe I'll go get some tonight...
I used to drink that Woodchuck stuff out of Vermont... and Hornsbys a little.
I'd like to try that Strongbow stuff, though. That's a UK cider, isn't it? It's supposed to be pretty good, I hear..

Had Sheppy's once while visiting some relations over in the south of England...............t'was good stuff
Not crazy about the VT Woodchuck.......bit too sweet for me.
Like my cider super cold and extra sharp. Like an old flame I once
