Howzit Shadow...my Cane has just had a engine out job to change the dreaded starter damper..turns out on 95 models therer was a small change with something or another and the piece couldnt be replaced without taking apart the engine{gear and all}but I was amazed at how well and shiny everything still looked..no wear on nothing despite the high mileage..these are such well made machines..love em..just got back from a 3 day ride through our deserts with my lady, including a two hour sand storm so in she goes tommorow morning for a air filter clean...the bike that is...
Hope all is well..

Mines done 115k, but its got carby problems I've given up trying to solve, so now I have a new CB1300 for most things.

Cant do the topend fun stuff of the CBR though.

A little over 18K miles on my '88. Not real proud of the fact that I don't get out on her more, but between ridin' 2 up with my wife on the cruiser, and my other hobbies, I just cant find the time. Bet I would ride the 'Cane more if I could find some ridin' buds.

Wow I never saw this thread til it was brought back to the front today. Nice numbers everyone, but I think I might win the low miles prize here from what I've seen so far. My 93 F has 7600 original miles on her & I'm the original owner.
