Hi guys,

I'm having a bit of trouble locating some front discs for my 93 1000f, for a reasonable cost.

My question is... Will a front wheel from a VTR fit??? I'e been offered one, incuding the discs,at a bargain price.

Any help will be muchly appreciated.

Don't know, but, do a search on this board. There was a recent post regarding front discs from other Hondas that will work on the 1000f which might help you find decent used replacements. Then check ebay consistantly- discs come up occasionally.

 

Your part no's are 45251 MS2 010 and
45351 MS8 020 go to
Service Honda Home of the CR500AF
and you should be able to check which other wheels will fit

 

90-96 CBR 1000f
90-97 VFR750
95-98 ST1100A
99-02 ST1100A

 

I have a complete front wheel and discs for sale. You could have it, plus the tire that's mounted for $150 plus shipping. The tire has about 5k on it but still looks like new.

I've done some measurements and it should fit nicely ( may need some small spacers made but no dramas)

My next question is... I'd like some good pics of the CBR in FLOGGER's colors. Including the stickers...
Mine has been painted red ad i like the look of that colourscheme ( very much like the NR )

I've searched the net but the pics aren't good enough. A signwriter friend is going to scan the pics for the CBR logo etc...( Not available in NZ)
