Going to be finding out how these run on my 1993 1000F
dropping a single Viper EXC 101 can & cnp 203 link pipe on
next week.( Have to fab a left side collector box plug )
All TBT's fault ya know that goddamned 2 bros pipe he has on
his gave me some real pipe envy .... great sound from it !
So way I figure this is worth a try out !
BTW if ever ordering stuff from Fly N Cycle use promo code "facebook"

Well it looks freaking great and well constructed got the link pipe kit to go with it
comes with a hanger clamp pipe clamp and that's it ! No seals for the collector box
or bung for the left side.
This week-end hopefully I'll start tackling it and will shoot up a few pics then
In having to find a bung for the other side as I said, I just picked up some 2"
threaded cast iron gas line bits at Home Depot to see if that can work as a plug
for now ......Hell I may even get a second can later and put the pipe covers back
on there to keep it stock .....but we'll see not that worried how the 1993 looks
in any event .

YUK ! It'll look all lopsided !
I'm totally shocked at you Sprock !
The bike won't like it with a plug in one side, fo' sho'.
Nemmind, live and learn, and if you want really great sounding pipes you should hear mine - BOTH of them.
Shorten your mufflers about 3" and you'll get the idea - quiet at idle, but at 5000+ rpm it sounds like a wailing banshee !

one of those later ones "gen 3"....... who cares ***** know what I mean
Like I said , I'll try it in single can mode first ( these cans are round not oval)
and if it's good I'll double up and do the left ( only for that I'll have
to have a custom link pipe made to get in under the center stand.
Then later in the winter I'll re Pete the dual can process for the 1990.
Infact I might grab some left side viper link pipes from Sandys (they sell
Viper) in the UK when I'm over there early next year.
The other issue in Maine starting January 1st 2012 strict pipe laws and
inspections go into effect thanks to all those Harley Riding mudder pluckers
So I may have to start out the year with everything looking OEM !
or with bolt in baffles in the vipers to get past Maines version of the
MOT ......... we'll see I'm sure I'll find the right place to have the bike
inspected and stickered

The alum plugs I found on ebay showed up for the left side
So here she is the 1993 that is with the viper can installed an running
suppose I should have warmed her up a bit first as she was spitting
back a bit there in the vid....but I will tell you this I am 100% happy
with how this pipe sounds and looks
