Transforming my CBR1000F
Hello all, I have been off the website for a while as I had work and more work and life get in the way of everything I was aiming to do, but I am back and ready to rock and shake and bake and make my bike!, Currently owning a 91 cbr1000F with custom paint, even though the paint job was done amazing, the bike lacks charisma due to some missing parts and other blah blah blah.
Anyways I have decided to make my own fairings and make it a street-fighter/street bike and dedicated it to a custom theme of "motorcycle" as it parts that make up the bike(some).
So the idea is to stripe the bike naked(try doing it very manly way to make it sexual) cut few things off and make it into a solo seater (no girlfriend or wife and I'm not just giving any girl a ride (LIFE MATTERS)). Make my ow fairings from sheet metal or aluminium and have things welded into the fairings then of course redo my chain and sprockets(we talk about some questions in a second), remove the wheels give it a good 3 color paint job, reseal my damn fork seals, sync my carbs and some minor stuff.
Back to chain and sprocket, what difference does it make from going -2 front and +2 in the back or how does it go? also if someone sees a problem or something else maybe to add to it PLEASE!!! post it, don't hesitate

Changing sprockets changes final drive gear ratio. The smaller front/larger rear will yield more torque for acceleration and higher rpms at a cost of top speed. The larger front/smaller rear yields more top speed and lower cruising rpms.

Yeah man we were at the bmw show with him.. he was ripping the bikes like he probably rips his ladies, people told me he wont take a photo.. so I walked up and said, hey can I get a photo and he was like hell yeah, and oh he signed my bike! because I just handed him the marker and looked dead at him hahahah!! HE IS KOOL!
IMHO stay with the fairings you have they look fine, make an alloy rear seat cover that blends into the tail to keep your seat as is but covers it like a race bike and keep the front size sprocket just go bigger in the rear+ 3, too small in the front may give more go but wears the chain out way faster on a bike that has good low end grunt.
Dub
Only if you know how the other side looks.. it's not the best + im missing the 2 panels on top to cover the fuse box and as much as I like the fairings i just wanna try making something completely nasty mean kool sexy yet manly... like how a female loves a man covered in grease and smelling like sweat (trust me you would be surprised how many women get turned on by that)
anyways back to point.. so I got my bike started, I removed the back under panel that has the turn lights and all that stuff... now before I stated to cut **** up.. I realized I have to move the fuse box.. eh.... can I receive help on that.
The Reason I want to move the fusebox is because the fairings I'm making wont be going that far cause it might look ugly.. now I might be able to mod the fairings to fit it but it would be nice if I could move the fuse box.. not only that but the 2 boxes in the back (I don't know what they are called also need to be moved and the battery box has to be cut and then fit at the corner and then get tied with a bungle cord or something elastic of that sort
please help.
Also Pics of what the bike looks currently will be up 2morow
