Steering issue
Hi guys, just changed the old and rusty 16-year old steering bearings this weekend, but now there's something wrong with the steering and I can't tell what it is exactly. There's a slack movement like described in the pic:
Any thoughts on it? thanks!

Yep, changed the bottom bearing to the tappered roller type (couldn't find the right size for the retainer type ones), that might have something to do with it?

Of course, as soon as tomorrow! I'm aware this isn't a simple job to do, so I wonder why there isn't a more detailed explanation on the Haynes manual
