Did what smiley_w and ranchome suggested. Put the bike on the center stand with engine off and cold. Started the bike, put it in gear with clutch lever depressed, and it did not stall. Even though it did not stall, it when into gear hard with a loud clunk. When back to neutral, pushed the bike of the center stand and tried to put it in gear.....stalled each time.
Then I turned the bike off, engine still cold, put it in gear and tried to roll it with the clutch pulled in. Bike would not roll. Then next day I started the bike, let it warm up for about 5-10 minutes, bike went into gear smooth as can be. Clutch is not disengaging when engine is cold??? Which components should I start with for repairs? Ideas?

First guess: air in clutch line these clutches are hard to bleed properly. I know a lot of guys have had luck with the mitey-vac, I installed speed bleeders on mine, work great.
Second guess: warped clutch plates. Easy solution there.
Third guess: contamination in the oil. Run some Seafoam in the crankcase for 200 miles and change the oil.
