Default sprocket and chains ?

Good day everyone

What is the brand of sprocket and chain that you use, which one is the best, OEM, DID ?

Thanks for the input

Mine are original. I do need to replace the chain however. No idea what would be best, though.

1990 parts catalog says:

Chain:

Takasago "RKK50LF0X114LE ---- 405A3-MM5-670"

or D.I.D. "50ZV-114LE ---- 405A3-MM2-003"

Chain Drive DID Upgrade or EQuivalent DID Code {EQ} 50(530)ZVM2 X 114 links CBR1000F [89-95]

17T front Sprocket ---- 23801-MM5-000

and 41 or 42 or 43 rear sprocket ---- (my case 42T 41200-MS2-000)

I use DID & order parts online

hey Blue, does that 45t sprocket give you lower highway rpms ?

Most of my rides are on interstate 75-80 mph and wondering how I can bring the rpms down from 5k

I would not say lower...in theory itshould be higher rpm's at the same speed.
I wanted more torque to the bike that's why i changed it from 43 to 45. I don't remember how much it increases the torque but from original 42 to 45 it should increase around 6-7 %...if i remember correct.
