Sorry I did not read the article that I got the pic from Luis, so I am not sure where it happened of why ..
The thing that actually gets me in that pic is what looks like a helmet at the top of the gas tank...?
It looks to be headless (no one in it)? Its a weird pic .....

Wow!! great pic Steve, is this a local racing? there seems to be stock bikes, I wonder what caused the forks to be thorn apart from the bike.....[X(]

Have already been all over the bike with WD40 to check fastenings and make sure nothings seized up and as I know I'm gonna have to do the fork seals I was checking all of the front end nuts and bolts but it did surprise me a tad[:-]
BTW does anyone know if I,ll have to remove the top fairings to take off the front forks or can it be done with them in place?

RE: Spark plugs
Steve, the helmet on tank is actually on the head of the rider following
Hawk, as far as I can remember, procedure is as follows:
1 Bike on main stand, and have someone sit far back on the seat to raise the front end.
2 Jack the front end under the motor, using lump of wood to prevent jack damage.
3 Remove front wheel
Should be enough room to remove the forks, once you've loosened all the clamps......
