I really like the gps idea but being a new bike to me id like to have a tach. And another good point my brother mentioned is theres some places a gps may not work at full speed. But those places are more secluded so im not too concerned if im 5 mph over the limit. So is there a good place for to buy a cdi or should I just go over to flebay?

I have a ton of spare parts including a complete cali head and pair system. Sorry but I don't have a spare CDI box. I got a "free" 87 cane as well and have had a blast putting it together and riding it. I would recommend cheapcycleparts.com for replacement parts. Good luck
