shifter lever
Since I aquired my new leathers, I have noticed that with my new Sidi boots the distance my foot now has to move to shift to the next gear is a little further because the toe of the new boot is not as tall as the toe of my previous boots. My question is can the shifter lever be adjusted.
If the answer is no, other than wrapping the shifter with tape to bulk it up, what options do I have.
Thanks for the help.

RE: shifter lever
Yes there is a way to pack up the lever.
This is not my idea its actually off a product that is commercially available somewhere, but it can be made.
Basicall it attaches to the under-side of the gearchange rubber and packs it out. It just uses a small metal plate with holes in it and some rubber underneath all heldto the gearchange leverby zip ties.
Here is my crude drawing of the item I saw.
