Thats about the same price as here. A silver mirror visor is about 750 kroner (100 euro)

But thanks for the offer. Nice thought!

If anybody's still interested in this thread, I wear glasses with transition lenses, but they don't change quickly enough. I just got a Caberg Solo helmet with a flip-down mirrored sun visor. It's a $300 helmet, but Iron Pony is clearing them out for $69.95. Probably not much help for riders outside the US; I don't know what it would cost to ship overseas. I don't like to carry an extra shield, and I can flip this visor up instantly if I come to a tunnel or a really shady stretch of road.

I have a mirrored shield. I dont use my clear one unless I know I will be riding in the dark for sure.

The link to Ironpony.

They seem to only have small ones available.

Oh, and I wear shades under my clear visor for the same reasons as other folk. I wear the visor open at slow speeds.

ORIGINAL: Kewl Breeze

Where's the option for electrical tape? [sm=smiley36.gif]

Ive got the same lid as Kewl, mine has the "pinlock" thingy, and the gap between this and the forehead bit is crying out for a bit of electrical tape Might try to get a bit of the window tint film they use on car windows.
I use shades as I ride to work in the dark and home in the daylight
