i am a second time owner of a 87 hurricane cbr 1000. I owned one two years ago and sold it due to lack of time and funds to fix it. I have been in the market for another bike and was shocked to find a guy 2 hours from me who was selling one. i thought about buying a newer bike, but loved my old cane so much that i knew i would just love this new one too. This one is actually in way better shape and i'm only the 3rd owner. i am really excited to be back on the cane and look forward to getting to know you all. hopefully there are some guys that are close and we can go ride. i know the guy i sold my old one to lives in tennesse somewhere, but i lost his contact info. would be awesome to ride with him. glad to find some great friends here and awesome and extremely helpful info.

thanks for the warm welcome guys. i can't wait to really get some miles logged in. i been riding everyday since i got it. working on getting some pics up. took two tonight. will get some better ones when the weather is better.
